Discounted Fares Scheme - Universal Credit application

Wightlink’s Discounted Fares Scheme is available to eligible Isle of Wight Residents in receipt of specific benefits.

If you think you may be eligible please complete the form below.  You will need to provide proof of receipt of Universal Credit dated within the last three months with your application – you can find this by requesting a proof letter from gov.uk here.

Once you have completed the form, we will review your application and if approved you will then receive a welcome letter from us, this will include instructions, terms and conditions.

Your discount will then be applied automatically when you book using your Customer ID, either online or over the phone. An electronic ticket is generated with each booking which must be shown at your chosen port on departure.

The Discounted Fares Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or Tesco Clubcard vouchers. Please give up to 14 days for your application to be approved.

All Discounted Fare Scheme approvals are valid for 12 months, you will need to reapply to continue being able to book using this scheme. An email reminder will be sent one month before your expiry date.
